Open Positions and Job Details: SRF Limited
1. Position: Sr. Executive – Production (Pharma Plant)
Department: Production – Pharma Intermediates
Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Regular) Minimum 60% throughout academic career
Years of Experience:
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Pharma Intermediates
Responsibilities:
Handling hazardous chemicals while working as Shift In-Charge
Operating and monitoring equipment such as distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, and pumps
Independently handling DCS operations with at least two years of hands-on experience
Ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines and pharma documentation standards
Supporting internal and external pharma audits
Maintaining process safety, quality, and productivity targets
Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations
2. Position: Sr. Executive – Production (Continuous Plant)
Department: Production – Continuous Manufacturing
Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Regular)
Minimum 60% throughout academic career
Years of Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in the chemical industry
Responsibilities:
Managing continuous plant operations as Shift In-Charge
Handling hazardous chemicals safely and efficiently
Operating critical equipment including distillation columns, high-pressure reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, and heat exchangers
Ensuring compliance with safety systems, SOPs, and applicable process norms
Monitoring process parameters to achieve optimal efficiency and product quality
Participating in safety audits and implementing corrective actions
Position: Technician – Mechanical
Department: Mechanical Maintenance
Qualification:
ITI Fitter / IMCP
Years of Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in the chemical industry
Responsibilities:
Hands-on maintenance of rotary and static equipment
Maintenance of reactors, ANF, dryers, ejectors, ATFD, blowers, and heat exchangers
Working on axial flow pumps, graphite equipment, and vacuum pumps
Installation and maintenance of mechanical seals
Ensuring equipment reliability, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance
Adhering to safety practices and maintenance standards
