1. Position:- Senior Executive – Production
Department: Production
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification:-
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Full Time – First Class Mandatory)
Years of Experience:-
3 to 8 years of experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals industry
Responsibilities:-
- Handling hazardous chemical operations as Shift In-Charge independently.
- Operation and monitoring of unit operations such as Bromination, Chlorination, Hydrogenation, and Distillation.
- Hands-on experience with process equipment including reactors, distillation columns, filters, scrubbers, dryers, and pumps.
- Proficient in DCS operations with minimum two years of independent experience.
- Exposure to safety systems, plant safety norms, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity targets.
2. Position:- Senior Executive – Instrumentation
Department: Instrumentation & Control
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification:-
B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering (Full Time – First Class Mandatory)
Years of Experience:-
3 to 8 years of experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals industry
Responsibilities:-
- Execution of scheduled maintenance and calibration activities as per plan.
- Implementation of laid-down procedures and instrumentation best practices.
- Planning of maintenance jobs and allocation of manpower and resources.
- Planning and management of maintenance consumables and spare parts.
- Coordination with the production team during plant downtime and breakdown situations.
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation of instrumentation systems.
3. Position:- Junior Engineer – Instrumentation
Department: Instrumentation
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification:-
Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering
Years of Experience:-
3 to 8 years of experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals industry
Responsibilities:-
- Knowledge of DCS and PLC systems with strong field exposure.
- Testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and analysis of instruments.
- Hands-on experience with control valves, mass flow meters, analyzers, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, and weighing systems.
- Supporting routine maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and instrumentation best practices.
4. Position:- Senior Executive – Mechanical
Department: Mechanical Maintenance
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification:-
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time – First Class Mandatory)
Years of Experience:-
3 to 8 years of experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals industry
Responsibilities:-
- Basic knowledge of glass-lined reactors and graphite equipment.
- Experience in handling ANF, RVPD, vacuum systems, and pumps.
- Exposure to safety systems, HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR, and daily maintenance routines.
- Knowledge of industrial ISO standards and safety practices.
- Understanding of effluent handling, waste disposal, and scrubber operations.
- Supporting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
5. Position:- Senior Executive – Quality Control (Only for Women)
Department: Quality Control
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification:-
M.Sc. in Chemistry (Full Time – First Class Mandatory)
Years of Experience:-
8 to 10 years of experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals industry
Responsibilities:-
Ensuring laboratory compliance with quality and safety standards.
Hands-on experience with GC, HPLC, GCMS, and KF Titrator.
Troubleshooting and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Implementation of quality control procedures for new campaigns and products.
Handling in-process sample analysis and timely issue resolution.
Implementation of 5S, TQM, and IMS systems.
