Open Positions and Job Details:
1. Position:- Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Total Requirement: 2 Positions
Qualification:-
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant discipline)
Years of Experience:-
- Assistant Manager: 5 to 8 Years
- Manager – QA: 12 to 15 Years (API Manufacturing experience mandatory)
Responsibilities:-
- Handling and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) documents such as Change Control, CAPA, OOS, OOT, Deviations, and Market Complaints
- Leading investigations and root cause analysis for deviations and non-conformances
- Managing internal, regulatory, and customer audits
- Handling validations and qualifications as per regulatory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordination with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Exposure to regulatory audits and customer audits is mandatory
2. Position:- Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer – QA & QC
Department:
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Quality Control (QC – Chemical & Microbiology)
Total Requirement: 7 Positions
Qualification:-
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, or relevant discipline)
Years of Experience:-
- QA Roles: 1 to 4 Years
- QC (Chemical): 1 to 5 Years
- QC (Microbiology): 1 to 4 Years
- Sr. Officer / Executive (Analytical QA): 4 to 7 Years
Responsibilities:-
- QA roles:
- Documentation review and compliance
- Batch record review and SOP implementation
- Supporting audits and inspections
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards in API manufacturing
- QC (Chemical):
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and analytical instruments
- Routine and stability analysis of API products
- Data integrity and documentation compliance
- QC (Microbiology):
- Microbial testing and environmental monitoring
- Sterility and microbial limit testing
- Compliance with microbiology standards in API units
- Sr. Officer / Executive (AQA):
- Analytical Quality Assurance activities
- Review of analytical data and compliance
- Strong analytical and documentation profile required
Note: Experience must be from Pharma API Manufacturing Units only.
