1. Position:
Executive / Sr. Executive – Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
Department: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
Total Requirement: Not Specified
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA (HR) preferred
Years of Experience:
- 3 to 6 Years
Industry Preference:
- Power / Renewable Energy
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes as per job requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and departmental heads.
- Manage salary negotiation and ensure smooth offer closure with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and hands-on experience in corporate recruitment. Candidates with prior experience in hiring for engineering, project, or renewable energy roles will be given preference.
