Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complete packing and dispatch operations within the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure proper packaging of finished goods as per company standards and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments.
- Supervise warehouse activities including material handling, storage, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate dispatch documentation, invoices, and transport records.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines.
- Lead and manage packing and dispatch staff, ensuring proper manpower planning and discipline.
