1. Position: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Department: Production (OSD), Packing (OSD), Production (Injectable), Production (API) & Kilo Lab
- Total Requirement: Not Disclosed
- Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (OSD & Injectable)
- B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical) / B.E (Chemical) / M.Sc (API Production)
- Years of Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Responsibilities:Production (OSD):
- Operate and manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling areas.
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines.
- Operate blister packing and bulk bottle packing lines.
- Handle serialization and documentation activities.
- Work on machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, Sachet lines.
- Exposure to aseptic practices and documentation.
- Handle manufacturing skids, autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers, vial washing & tunnel systems.
- Execute QMS activities as per SOP.
- Hands-on experience with reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, multi-mills, etc.
- Supervise production activities as per SOP & cGMP.
- Maintain documentation (CC, deviations) and implement corrective actions.
Candidates with regulatory exposure and documentation practices in cGMP/GLP plants will be preferred.
2. Position: Executive – Quality Function (QC/QA) & Engineering (Plant Maintenance)
- Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance (OSD/Injectable) & Engineering (OSD/Injectable)

- QC/QA: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Engineering: ITI (Electrical) / Diploma / B.E (Mechanical/Instrumentation)
- Years of Experience: 1 to 5 Years (Pharma Experience Required for Engineering)
- Responsibilities:Quality Function (QC/QA):
- Operate QC instruments and perform microbiological testing (HPLC, GC, UV, KF, sterility).
- Conduct line clearance during manufacturing and packing.
- Execute validation (process/cleaning) and equipment qualification.
- Maintain environmental monitoring and aseptic trend reports.
- Review documentation and BMR records.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD/Injectable machines.
- Electrical operations including HT/LT substation and replacement activities.
- Maintenance of HVAC systems and instrumentation control systems.
Candidates must have relevant pharmaceutical industry exposure and knowledge of regulatory documentation.
