Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd is currently hiring skilled and experienced professionals for its production and dispatch operations at the Dahej manufacturing unit.

Candidates must have completed a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute. Candidates with relevant technical exposure to chemical plant operations and dispatch activities will be preferred.

Years of Experience:
02 to 04 years of hands-on experience in dispatch or production-related activities within a chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day dispatch and production coordination activities at the plant. Key responsibilities include:

Executing daily dispatch schedules as per departmental procedures and production plans
Carrying out drum filling activities according to instructions, safety guidelines, and dispatch orders (DO)
Coordinating loading and unloading of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) in compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintaining proper documentation related to dispatch, inventory movement, and material handling
Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety norms, and environmental regulations
Coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics, and quality teams for smooth dispatch operations
Monitoring material handling equipment usage and reporting any operational issues
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in dispatch and production efficiency

This role requires strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment.
