1. Position: Utility Operator
Department: Utility / Maintenance
Total Requirement: 02 Positions
Qualification:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) Specialist
Years of Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry
Responsibilities:
- Operation and monitoring of utility equipment such as chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, and nitrogen generators
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of utility systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Handling chiller and refrigeration system operations efficiently
- Managing compressed air systems and utility distribution networks
- Performing routine checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Coordinating with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant functioning
- Maintaining records related to utility operations and maintenance activities
This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience with utility systems in chemical plants and are looking for long-term stability and growth.
2. Position: Technician – Instrument
Department: Instrumentation
Total Requirement: 01 Position
Qualification:
- ITI in Instrument Mechanic (IMCP)
Years of Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation within the chemical industry
Responsibilities:
- Field-level instrumentation work including installation, calibration, and maintenance
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and calibration activities for instruments
- Troubleshooting instrumentation issues and ensuring minimal downtime
- Effective control and monitoring of material consumption
- Installation, testing, and insulation of new instruments
- Ensuring strict adherence to QMS and EMS procedures
- Knowledge and implementation of work permit systems
- Documentation and compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
- Supporting audits and maintaining proper records related to instrumentation activities
This position suits candidates with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in plant instrumentation systems.
