Qualification:
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Development Studies
- M.A. Education
- B.Ed.
- Science / Mathematics / Technology background preferred
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in education or development sector
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage education project activities at the field level
- Monitor project implementation, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with stakeholders, schools, teachers, and local authorities
- Ensure program objectives are achieved as per project guidelines
- Support planning, reporting, and documentation activities
