1. Position:- Quality Control Engineer
Department: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) – Quality Control
Total Requirement: Not disclosed
Qualification:-
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Years of Experience:-
- 4 to 8 Years
- Experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) is mandatory
Responsibilities:-
- Ensuring quality control of raw materials, in-process concrete, and finished RMC products
- Conducting routine tests on cement, aggregates, admixtures, and concrete as per standards
- Monitoring concrete mix designs and ensuring compliance with approved specifications
- Maintaining quality documentation, test reports, and laboratory records
- Coordinating with production and batching plant teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and quality benchmarks
- Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Assisting in troubleshooting quality deviations at RMC plants and construction sites
