Position: Rooftop Solar Sales (Business Development)
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Business Development Solar Rooftop Department. This role will focus on generating and managing sales for our rooftop solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and manage sales for rooftop solar installations.
- Develop sales strategies to promote our rooftop solar solutions across various markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor the progress of sales targets, providing regular updates and reporting to the senior management team.
- Assist in organizing sales presentations, webinars, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our rooftop solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales materials for potential clients.
Sales Coordination:-
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company CRM (SAP),
- Organize and coordinate client meetings and follow-up communication.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials, including presentations, brochures, and contracts, etc.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar market trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultamously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

Manage salary negotiation and offer closure with selected candidates
Follow up with candidates till successful joining
