1. Position:- Sr Manager – Operational Excellence (TPM)

Department: Operational Excellence (TPM)

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech – Chemical / Mechanical / Other relevant Engineering disciplines
OR
M.Tech with MBA

Years of Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in Operational Excellence
Preferably from a manufacturing background

Responsibilities:

Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) deployment across all functions as per the site roadmap.
Facilitate improvement projects using OPE (Operational Performance Excellence) gap analysis.
Track progress and ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives.
Monitor the master plan, highlight operational risks, and ensure structured reviews at pillar and unit head levels.
Drive Focused Improvement (FI) and Lean initiatives to deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and process lead-time reductions.
Build organizational capability through structured training programs in TPM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, QC tools, and related methodologies.
Support talent development initiatives in coordination with TTC and leadership teams.

Key Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology
Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing environments
