1. Position: Engineer – Process Engineer
Department: Chemical Division
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Years of Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of PFD (Process Flow Diagrams) and P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Preparing detailed process data sheets for various equipment
- Scheduling and coordinating tasks running at the project site
- Reviewing equipment drawings submitted by vendors and suggesting modifications as per approved P&ID
- Preparing equipment arrangement drawings and verifying submissions from consultants and vendors
- Inspecting erection and commissioning work of various equipment
- Identifying debottlenecking opportunities and implementing improvements in coordination with concerned departments
- Conducting process mapping and validation activities
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process engineering, project coordination, and equipment commissioning in chemical industries. Strong technical understanding of process design documentation and vendor coordination is essential for this role.
