1. Position:- Plant Operator (Ampoule Filling Line)
Department: Production – Vaccine Technology Centre

Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Years of Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Operate ampoule washing machines, sterilization tunnels, and filling machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform line setup, changeover activities, and machine adjustments.
- Ensure correct fill volume and sealing integrity of ampoules.
- Maintain sterile, accurate, and efficient filling operations as per batch requirements.
- Make real-time entries in BMR/BPR documentation ensuring GDP compliance.
- Follow cGMP guidelines, aseptic gowning procedures, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in sterile injectable manufacturing and aseptic production environments.
