- Conduct unit performance testing including boiler efficiency, APH, condenser, cooling tower, and pump performance evaluation
- Analyze station-level KPIs and identify performance gaps
- Prepare action plans for improving plant efficiency and reliability

- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams for performance improvement
