Open Positions and Job Details: Atul Ltd.
1. Position: Engineer – Mechanical / Instrumentation & Control
Department: Engineering
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) / B.E. (Instrumentation & Control)
Years of Experience:
- Mechanical: 2 – 8 Years
- Instrumentation & Control: 6 – 10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Plant maintenance activities in chemical manufacturing units
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and instrumentation systems
- Ensuring smooth plant operations and minimizing downtime
- Calibration and troubleshooting of control systems (for Instrumentation role)
- Coordinating with production teams for efficient plant functioning
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Experience in plant maintenance within the chemical industry is mandatory for these roles.
2. Position: Research & Development / Application Development / Production / Quality Control
Department: R&D / Production / QC / ETP
Total Requirement: As per company requirement
Qualification & Experience:
Research & Development (Rubber Technology)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 2 – 7 Years
R&D – Organic / Polymer Chemistry
- Qualification: M.Sc / Ph.D
- Experience: 1 – 5 Years
- Preference for candidates with polymer synthesis experience
Application Development Center (Organic / Polymer Chemistry)
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech
- Experience: 4 – 7 Years
- FRP composites and electrical applications experience preferred
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Qualification: Diploma / M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech
- Experience: 3 – 8 Years
- Experience in ETP operations is mandatory
Production – Chemical
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc
- Experience: 2 – 4 Years
- Experience in dyes and intermediates is mandatory
Quality Control – Organic Chemistry
- Qualification: M.Sc
- Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Responsibilities vary based on department but generally include plant operations, chemical synthesis, process monitoring, laboratory analysis, documentation, compliance with environmental and safety standards, and cross-functional coordination.
